We ran a 4-day test. The jelly gradually loses a bit of liquid as it stands, causing the jelly to become firmer. After 4 days in the fridge, the jelly released a total of 1 tablespoon of liquid. Other than that, the taste and colour remained in perfect order and could still be served. NOTE: If every necessary, the set jelly can be heated in a pot on a medium stove temperature and once it has completely melted, it can be reset in bowl or mould again.
We ran a 4-day test. The pudding remained perfect in the fridge, however once some spoonfuls are taken from the pudding, you may begin to notice a little liquid separation. After 4 days in the fridge, we found that the partly eaten pudding released a total of 1 tablespoon of liquid. Our test showed that both the whole and partially eaten pudding colour, texture and taste remained perfect throughout the testing period.
